1: bookings and payments:
A 20% non refundable deposit of your chosen package to secure date. Your requested date won’t be secured until deposit received.

2:cancellations -
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel close to your event( 1 week prior)part or all of the remaining balance may still be due.
If in the unfortunate event I have to cancel due to illness or an emergency, a full refund will be issued .

3. Creative Style
You are hiring me with my style and creative approach. I can't guarantee specific shots, but I'll always do my very best to capture genuine, beautiful moments and everything you ask for if it can be done the the best of my ability.

4. Copyright & Use
I , Capolavori Captures, keep copyright of all content created.( I do not own the rights to any music used) You can share, edit and print your photos/videos for personal use as you wish.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, I may use selected work for my portfolio, website, or social media( I will always ask you first)

5. Delivery
TikTok’s/ reels and sneak peaks will be delivered by the next afternoon.
Your longer compilation highlight video/videos will be delivered within 24-48 hours following all your unedited raw material captured.
Once content is received on your end; most will be cleared from my devices (apart from selected pieces to create and share with you and others)

6. Liability
In the event of something going wrong beyond my control eg. partial loss of images due to camera malfunction, corrupted memory cards, or other technical issues, the content creators liability is limited to a prorated refund based on the percentage of images lost.

7. Privacy
Any personal details you share are kept private and used only for communication and delivering your content.
